Great companies fail when their brand is unclear. I've spent my career fixing that — at BCG, at EyeEm, at Together, and now at Directional. Strategy, identity, and product are one job, not three.
How I work.
I move fast and think in systems. My background spans enterprise scale — BCG, IBM, Adidas — and zero-to-one founding. I know when to build for resilience and when to ship and learn. I default to radical simplicity: if a strategy needs a long explanation, it's not ready.

No typical client.
I've worked with founders, global corporations, and cultural institutions. What they share is the will to make a difference. The range is the point — the same principles that scaled BCG from $6.3B to $11B also got Together from sketch to acquisition.
Sharing the work.
I speak, teach, and mentor. TED alumnus. Taught brand at CODE University, Berlin. Spoken at TYPO Berlin and conferences across Europe, North America, and beyond. Mentoring founders and designers because the next generation is the real compounding asset.

25+ international design awards. 20+ typefaces designed and released. Sound installations in galleries and public spaces. An active music practice — I produce and perform live. The work outside the work is where most of the ideas come from.
